How does pricing work?

Your first event is free. After that, each event is a one-time purchase — $19 for Basic or $39 for Pro. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

Do guests need to pay anything?

Never. Guests always use Elbum for free — upload, browse, like, and download at no cost.

How long does an event last?

Free events last 1 month. Basic events stay active for 3 months. Pro events stay active for 6 months. We'll remind you before expiry.

Is there a photo limit?

Free events allow up to 50 photos. Basic and Pro events have unlimited photos.

Can I upload videos?

Video uploads are available with Pro events. Free and Basic events support photos only.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. In-app purchases are also available on iOS.
